Parafait Server 2008 (Parafait) is a powerful solution designed for complete automation of operations in a Family Entertainment Center (FEC). Parafait can be used to manage all areas of an FEC including games and attractions, food service, party and group events, promotions, inventory and redemption management. Parafait Server wireless-ly integrates all the game machines in an FEC, incorporates debit card based game station management, connects a network of FECs, provides a touch screen based POS system and includes internet based management and reporting to give you complete, central control.The product is customizable to your needs.With its sleek design and wide array of features, Parafait takes FEC automation to a whole new level of sophistication And to top it, all these come at considerably lower costs (compared to other similar products in the market) of installation and on-going operations.

Point of Sale

POS Parafait’s Point of Sale simplifies your staff assisted sales transactions, reducing wait time and improving guest experience. The POS terminal presents your staff with a very friendly, touch screen interface and allows them to navigate through their tasks in a matter of seconds. The menu is easy to configure and ensures all your products and packages are never more than a few ‘touches’ away

Wireless Integration

Parafait integrates all the game machines wirelessly over a robust and secure 2.4 GHz communication channel. Installation is fast and simple and does not require any change in floor plan. Through elimination of cables, Parafait reduces installation time and cost. Card readers connected to the game machines exchange live data with the server fast and efficiently

Card Based Guest Management

Card Parafait’s Card based guest management provides for cashless transactions and replaces traditional methods of operation like tokens, coins and admission tickets. Guests are allotted a plastic card, similar to a credit card, for all their transactions. This leads to a better overall Guest experience, increases loyalty and revenues. The debit card system manages history of each guest and displays timely alerts to the sales staff of upcoming special days and the status of the guest. The card can be loaded with any amount. To play, the guest swipes the card through the reader attached to each game

Ticket Options

Tickets Parafait provides guests with the option to choose paper tickets or e-tickets as reward for playing a game. E-tickets can be accumulated through the system and the guests will have options to redeem e-tickets, paper tickets or a combination of both. Parafait also has the option to over ride machine defaults. Parafait can be configured to override paper ticket dispensing if the guest has chosen the e-ticket option. Parafait is the only solution that can control ticket options at 4 different levels: Machine, Guest, Game Category and Play Type.

Redemption and Inventory Management

Parafait’s redemption module helps simplify your inventory and redemption management functions. Automation of inventory management helps simplify and hasten the hardest part of your operations: Parafait automates the entire lifecycle of receiving to re-ordering inventory. Parafait redemption module reduces guest wait time and improves service. Consolidated reporting provides inventory visibility and redemption tracking. Barcode support enables faster operations.

Flexible Price Engine

Parafait’s flexible price engine helps you set up any number and variety of products that can be sold through the POS. Parafait provides flexibility to apply differential rates for special guests (eg: a VIP guest). Discounts can be set up by the user, once the guest attains a minimum played credit or sales threshold. Discounts can be applied automatically by the system once the defined limits are hit. Discounts can also be configured for Manager approval. Multiple discounts could be set for a single transaction Parafait provides flexibility to define and apply taxes at various levels.

Internet Management

Parafait provides a powerful internet based management console that lets you control your FEC network right from your corporate office. Parafait provides you with real time data that will enable you to make quick decisions. The report engine can be customized to provide you with slice and dice of data that you need to see. Highly secure. Transaction reports, Game metrics reports, Cash flow by product type reports can be viewed by FEC or grouped by FECs in a location.
